The good news is that I called the Midland library and found out that they are part of a large co-op, so I can get books from Bay County, Saginaw... all over the darn place.
The bad news is that they limit youth non-fiction to 2 titles per subject/per person and that if you want to put a book on hold they charge 25 cents per hold. Are you kidding me? At any given time I have dozens of books on hold. Good thing Amazon delivers.
